Over time, I brought that same gift online—teaching homeschool classes, building a wellness business and community, and coaching women entrepreneurs through authentic social media. No matter the setting, I saw the same thing happen: when people feel genuinely connected, they show up, participate, and stay.
As I began supporting women entrepreneurs and coaches with their online communities, I noticed a common challenge. The issue wasn't a lack of content or expertise—it was capacity. Community owners were trying to be everything at once: moderator, welcome committee, engagement leader, and support person. As communities grow, that becomes difficult to sustain.
